Ma Wan Park and My first attempt on HDR

Breaking through on Photography

At last! I have recently purchased a new camera, Canon EOS 400D, to replace my Pentax Optio 430. I have been using my Optio 430 for 6 years (Back then the Optio 430 was one of the latest camera who has 4MP), so I am so justified to upgrade my camera!

Point and shoot was so easy on my old compact camera, but I am not usually happy about the shots it produces. The moment that I wanted to capture was not the same as the photos it produced. In the other words, I want to get something more out of the photos, that’s why I bought a DSLR camera.

Many of you may know I am a guy who love compact gadgets, so this was a hard decision for me. I need to carry a bigger and heavier camera around, but at the moment it worths the hassle. Oh and by the way, this is still one of the lightest DSLR camera around…

This is my first time owning a DSLR camera. Even though it is an entry level of DSLR, there are so many things I need to learn on photography before getting some good shots.
