Power Napping

If you lack of sleep recently, try a power nap to supplement it.

  • Drink coke, coffee or green tea before you nap.
  • As soon as you finish the drink, set an alarm of 15 minutes.
  • Wake up as soon as the alarm goes off. It's counterproductive if you sleep more than 20 minutes.
